The built-in light sensor allows the curtain driver to be controlled based on brightness or the motion sensor can also be used to trigger the curtain movement.

Very easy to install and set up, the Aqara Curtain Driver is compatible with a wide range of ecosystem platforms like Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant, and Amazon Alexa, making it easier than ever to create custom automation routines. Sync your curtains with other devices, such as lights or temperature control, to create the ideal environment for any occasion.

To physically control the curtains, use an Aqara switch. Alternatively, you can use schedules, sunrise/sunset, weather, geo-fencing, and other customizable automation. It can carry a maximum load of 12 kg. It also has a rechargeable battery of 6400mAh that can last a year.
