Four adaptable burners of various sizes are included in the slide-in gas range top: two single 18000-BTU burners, one single 12000-BTU burner, and a dual ring 15000-BTU burner (650-BTU for simmer) For simmering, boiling, stir-frying, steaming, melting, or even caramelizing, spread heat evenly.

A constant flame is ensured via automated reignition, which also relights the flame when it is unintentionally extinguished. You can see if the cooktop is turned on from a distance thanks to the blue LED lights on the control knobs.
