Epson PowerLite 535W Short Throw LCD Projector
Perfect for classrooms, rear projection, and other applications where the projector must be placed close to the screen, the Epson PowerLite 535W 3LCD Projector has a small throw distance and can produce a 106"-diagonal image with a 28" throw distance, for example. The 3LCD imaging device has a native resolution of WXGA (1280 x 800) and is powered by a lamp that produces 3400 lumens at its brightest setting. The projector can scale non-native resolutions from SD (480p) to UXGA in addition to WXGA (1600 x 1200).
There are two VGA inputs and a single VGA output to loop through the selected VGA input to a local monitor or other secondary display for direct connection to computers with analog outputs or integration with numerous AV systems. There is an HDMI input for connecting to digital and HDTV devices, as well as composite and S-video inputs for legacy SD equipment.
Additionally, an Ethernet port allows up to 50 devices to be linked to the same network as the projector, with images from up to four of those devices being displayed on-screen at the same time. The projector has two USB connections, one for connecting to a document camera or computer and the other for projecting from a USB storage drive. One of the ports can also be used with a wireless (Wi-Fi) network dongle (sold separately) to provide wireless (Wi-Fi) network connectivity, including projection from a mobile app.
The Ethernet port allows the projector to be managed remotely, which helps minimize IT administration costs by enabling centralized control. There's also a CD with administration software. Additionally, using RS-232, you can connect the projector to automation systems like Crestron. Finally, the projector is controlled locally via an IR remote. When linked to a computer via USB, the remote can be used as a presentation mouse, allowing you to change slides in PowerPoint documents, for example.
