An incredible indoor bike, the NordicTrack X24 Bike comes with a new slimmer 24” touchscreen, 20% incline and -10% decline, and all of iFIT’s features!
One of the best exercise bikes on the market, the X24 has a rock-solid frame, hybrid pedals, and adjustable magnetic resistance. The 24” pivoting touchscreen is ideal for trainer-led workouts and streaming with iFIT and the customizable 24 resistance levels provide for recovery and high intensity.
The X24 Bike provides an interactive training experience with iFIT. Expect a plethora of features like more than 10,000 workouts by instructors, mimics outdoor rides with hills, flats, and descents for more muscle activation, the Follow Trainer feature automatically matches the incline, decline, and resistance of the iFIT content and trainer, and the SmartAdjustTM personalizes your fitness level based on the adjustments you make. More features include an AI Coach, a personal fitness assistant that schedules your workouts and keeps you accountable from the phone. Never get bored with your training sessions as you can now enjoy music, and stream your favorite movies, and shows with the iFIT membership.
iFIT syncs your workout history to other apps, such as Strava, Apple Health, Google Fit, and Garmin Connect. Google Maps and the create-your-own workout feature allow you to train without following along with an instructor.
Stay cool with the built-in fans that automatically adjust with the intensity of your workouts. A tray for your phone is available between the handlebars and the included 3-lb weights sit on either side of the tray, too. There are two water bottle holders below the handles.
