The Hub
The SyncSign IoT Hub is a bridge between the Internet and low power mesh network (PAN). The Hub’s uplink is over Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and it can manage up to 16 displays or sensors nearby.
How it works
The SyncSign Meeting Room display retrieves new information every 10 seconds, by polling Hub, and going into deep sleep in between. This scheduler also has superior coverage and can cover over 20,000 square feet of space. The 2.4Ghz ISM band usage, ensures that you have free license product deployment, all across the world.
- The Hub creates a mesh network that connect all displays and sensors.
- The Hub synchronize the online calendar events, then push them to display screens.
- The Hub reads sensors' data and analyze them on the fly.
- Parallel operation possible (e.g. install more hubs on several floors).
The system is very secure, allowing only nodes that are authorized to enter into the mesh network. The Hub and cloud server connection is protected via TLSv1.3. The setup only takes minutes. Since this if a wire-free device, you can move this device from place to place without a hassle. The 7.5 inch display screen comes in white, black, and red.The hub can be up-linked with ethernet or Wi-Fi, and also offers on premise deployment. This means, all of your data can be easily accessed within your in house server.
